The Eternal Suffering of the Germans

Let’s begin with Trump and, indirectly, the slap to Germany: “America First.”

This slogan serves first as an insult to Europe and then to the world, particularly Europe. Trump seems to have forgotten that Europe is not America. Moreover, he overlooks that America itself is struggling through its own worst swamp—a predicament likely to persist for many years to come.

Certainly, Europe must rediscover its sovereignty. Bluntly and directly put: “Mr. Trump, clean up your own war-ravaged land first!” Yes, Mr. Trump, you and your predecessors have brought terrible suffering to Europe. For the past 20–30 years, your administration and those before you have launched and waged horrific wars.

However, rather than dwelling on the past 75 years of conflict, it is time to focus on revitalizing the future. Europe is currently in a state of dramatic self-destruction, nearly as catastrophic as it was 50 years ago. Thus, I must counter Trump’s rhetoric: his dream is nothing more than propaganda and hot air.

The new German approach must begin simply. Each state must first “heal” itself and work toward creating a new, humane European foundation. To eliminate the so-called “American syndrome,” Germany must first take an honest look at itself. This means Germany must strengthen its own foundation—intellectually, practically, objectively, and competently.

Regrettably, I view the German political landscape as a disgraceful “monkey show.” The German people seem to have completely lost their centuries-old culture, knowledge, and spirit. Despite its potential, Germany has failed to establish a high standard of human life.

While everyone claims to want peace, few have succeeded in fostering strong education and sustainable peace. Moreover, if we open the UN Charter, we encounter a millennial shock. The UN Charter is riddled with hypocrisy. The Vatican’s presence there is misplaced; the “Holy See” is nothing but a farce.

It is no wonder that Europe has never experienced long-term peace with both spirit and soul. I am deeply appalled at how human life is undervalued. The so-called “divine” authorities are revealed as impostors wielding stolen power. It seems that people are profoundly subjugated and kept passive until death.

Everywhere one looks, greed, envy, lack of spirit, and ignorance seem to govern. The state must take responsibility for lifelong education and development. After all, becoming fully human is the greatest gift granted to us by the spirit.

Trump is not the EU’s guardian. True leadership and innovation arise from the spirit, which offers people diverse ideas to find, expand, and explore life. This leads to profound learning, progress, and richness. The German people, in particular, need a fresh start, grounded in deep self-awareness.
